Supreme Court to determine if Obamacare is lawful

WASHINGTON – Today the U.S. Supreme court has decided to hear a case on whether or not the Affordable Care Act, A.K.A. Obamacare, is lawful. This case is being backed by 20 democratic states, such as New York, and California. The Affordable Care act has faced scrutiny from republicans in the country for being too far-left a policy since it was introduced by former U.S. President Barack Obama in 2010.
