DUBAI – Iran has begun accusing the United States military of lying about the number of casualties in a missile attack directed at a U.S. base in Iraq last month after the U.S. killed Iranian General Qasem Soleimani in a drone strike. 

The U.S military states that over 100 U.S. soldiers had suffered traumatic brain injuries while the Iranian military states that they had killed multiple American soldiers.
