JUUL investigated for marketing vaping products to minors

HARTFORD – Investigators in 39 U.S. States are taking a closer look into the marketing and sales of Juul Labs to confirm whether the company was intentionally marketing their vaping products to under aged users by making misleading claims about the nicotine amount that is contained in the devices. 

Juul released a statement in response to this stating that they have halted television, print and digital advertising and eliminated most flavors in response to concerns by government officials and others.
