Marvel’s newest animated action movie, Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse, is an impressive and beautiful coming of age story. The movie includes big names like Nicholas Cage, Hailee Steinfeld, and John Mulaney, with Peter Ramsey, Rodney Rothman, and Robert Persichetti directing it.

The movie combines the stories of seven different characters, including Peter B. Parker, Gwen Stacy, Peter Porker, Peter Parker Noir, Peni Parker and her SP//dr robot, and, of course, Miles Morales, our main character.

Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse tells the story of the collision of all the spiderman worlds, known as The Spider-verse. The story starts with Miles Morales. Miles is an average Brooklyn teenager, at least until he gets bit by a radioactive spider. Meanwhile, the rich and huge Wilson Fisk tries to create a particle accelerator in order to find copies of his dead wife and son in parallel universes. Instead, he brings in five different versions of spider-man. These new superheros attempt to help Miles become a new spider-man. Ultimately, Miles becomes a new spider-man all on his own.

Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse uses exciting music and wonderful, comic-style animation to craft this unique coming of age story.
