CHERRY VALLEY – Around 4:15 P.M. on Wednesday, some stores at CherryVale Mall chose to go on lockdown regarding gunshots that were being fired in the parking lot. When Cherry Valley Police responded, there was evidence of gunfire in the area including along with a small hole put in a window near the store JCpenney. There were no injuries that were reported.
