Illinois house passes bill focusing on mental health of minors
ROCKFORD – A bill regarding the importance of mental health in children was unanimously passed by The House Mental Health Committee. The plan intends to have teachers teach students from 6th-12th grade about ways to help someone with developing mental health issues like addiction or mental illness.
