MADISON – Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden is adding Wisconsin to his campaign trail bucket list. It is not yet decided when he is going to come to Wisconsin at the time of writing, stay tuned for an update in the next few days. He hopes the rally can boost his campaign in order to garner more votes to potentially beat Presidential Incumbent Donald Trump to the White House.
