Illinois declares state of emergency due to Coronavirus
CHICAGO – Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has declared a state of emergency in Illinois as the number of total COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases have risen to 11 within the stateline. This has been done in a bid to acquire resources from the federal government to help prepare for the possible further spread. Governor Pritzker has said that the state plans to keep the public updated, and to stay honest as the situation develops.
