U.S. – Apple Inc. has agreed to fulfill a payment of up five hundred million dollars to resolve the lawsuit against them for purposefully slowing down older iPhones while proceeding to release newer iPhones that run identical software. This action by Apple has caused users to purchase new phones or batteries, all in all, widening the pockets of Apple inc. This agreement was disclosed on Friday night and moves on to the U.S. District Judge Edward Davila in San Jose, California. Apple has denied the allegations but still will pay to steer clear of more accusations.
