WASHINGTON/CHICAGO – The U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warn Americans to be conscious of and prepare for the spread of the Coronavirus within the United States. The Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, has surfaced in 30 countries worldwide, claiming hundreds of lives.

The U.S health agency has heavily quarantined people traveling back from China in efforts to stop the spread. It is not known when the virus will arrive and how severely it will affect the everyday lives of Americans at this time.

Plans should soon be created by schools, communities, and families for the future possible spread. Currently there are 34 cases of COVID-19 in the U.S.
